About me

I´m Leo an official breathwork instructor certified by InnerCamp, a registered and accredited organization recognized by The Complementary Medical Association. InnerCamp is also a proud member school of The International Breathwork Foundation.
With extensive Breathwork Teacher program, spanning over 300 hours and 12 weeks, I am well-equipped to guide you through the transformative power of breath.

Drawing from a diverse range of breathing techniques, I offer personalized 1:1 sessions and dynamic group experiences.  I have experience and expertise in Teaching Breathwork onsite and online. I create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore breathwork, release emotional blockages, and cultivate overall well-being.

    Frequently asked questions

    1This will be my first session, what do I have to know about Breathwork before I sign up?
    Nothing! You can and lay back. At the beginning of the session, I will explain everything you need to know. You can also ask questions before we start.
    2What do I have to bring to the online session?
    Ensure you are in a quiet and undisturbed place. It's recommended to bring headphones with good sound quality and a yoga mat. Use a device with a camera so I can see your breathing. A pillow or blanket can also be useful based on your preferences.
    3What will be done in the Breathwork session?
    Every breathwork Session has it´s unique vibration, effects and purpose, typically including:

    1. Introduction to Breathwork and the applied method
    2. Grounding exercises
    3. Intention setting and space preparation
    4. Breathwork
    5. Cool-down and closing
    4Should I sign up for a group or individual session?
    For beginners, group session are recommended. The first Sessions will be like accessing a world that has never been there and it´s great to share that with other people and feel the connection. Individual Sessions are recommended if you are looking for further guidance, explanations and more specific tailored sessions. I will take the time to understand you and tailor the session specific to your needs and support you in every possible way.
    5Are there any prerequisites or preparations required?
    No prerequisites are needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to participate. Hydrate well before the session and avoid heavy meals.
    6I'm not sure if Breathwork is something for me
    Breathwork might not be suitable for you if:

    • You are not willing to look inside yourself
    • You have no interest in meditation at all
    • You do not want to improve your life
    • You have health problems or are pregnant
    • You have unresolved traumas
    • You prefer to stay in your comfort zone
    • You do not want to engage in deep, mindful breathing practices
